Bill helped us understand the issues and better yet, negotiated additional money from the seller to help cover the cost of additional repairs. The escrow process concluded and we found ourselves ready to move in. Bill continued to help us after the sale and even volunteered his time to plan a housewarming party for us! We’ve now been in our new home for three months and are really enjoying life in the East Bay as we await the birth of our first child.
